A small team. Fewer clients. More care for each one.
Sergio & Co. is a small design studio. We work with a few businesses at a time, and you work directly with the people doing the work.
Rooted in Colombia. Built in Minneapolis. Heading to San Francisco.
Who leads the work.
Sergio's first lessons in craft came from his grandfather's hillside garden in Colombia: patience, care, and attention to what each thing needs to grow.
Today he leads a studio that designs brands and builds the systems behind them — for restaurants, barbershops, family businesses, and growing teams. He also built NxtSeat, the booking platform behind our custom systems.
The work is personal. The standards stay high.
What we hold true.
Precision over volume
Fewer projects. More attention to each one.
Strategy before execution
We don't design until we understand the business.
Ownership at every step
You work directly with the person responsible for the work.
From audit to handover.
Five steps, from first look to handover.
