Week 1A 2-hour session that goes far beneath the surface. We excavate the history, the ambition, the customer, the competitor, and the future you are building toward. Nothing is designed until everything is understood.
Direction & Brand Strategy
Weeks 2–3We spend two weeks in research, validation, and strategic synthesis. What emerges is a complete brand strategy document: your unique positioning, your brand story, your ideal buyer persona, a competitive landscape analysis, and three mood board directions for you to choose from. This is the most intellectually demanding phase — and the most important.
Visual Identity
Weeks 4–8Three complete logo and identity concepts, developed from your chosen direction. On selection, we build the full visual system: logo variations, primary and secondary typefaces, color palette, photography direction, iconography, website header mockup, social media templates, packaging mockups, and a complete brand identity guide.
